1. General Refund Policy

At Shivansh Vedic Astrology, we strive to ensure our users are completely satisfied with our premium astrological services. However, due to the digital nature of our content and services, we have a specific policy regarding refunds.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account email and purchase receipt.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the initial 7-day period.
• Subscription renewals (you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged).
• If there is evidence of abuse of our terms of service or automated extraction of our premium data.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your order number (provided by our Merchant of Record, Paddle) and the email address associated with your account.

5. Expected Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your recurring premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. You can cancel your subscription by:

• Clicking the "Cancel Subscription" link in the purchase receipt email sent to you by Paddle.
• Visiting Paddle's Customer Support portal at paddle.net.
• Contacting our support team at [email protected] (please allow 24-48 hours for manual processing).
